Play better golf without touching a club — by thinking and feeling better. I’m Dr. Carly, a D1 golfer turned sport psychologist. Let’s work together.

So, how exactly can you help me?

Let me explain.

You’ve probably had days where..

  • You played anxious, careful golf — and your score showed it

  • You were going super low, but somehow found a way to shoot right around your average — again

  • You were about to make a cut, but bogeyed 18

  • You felt like you wanted to quit, even though you’ve always loved golf

  • You asked yourself: Should I really keep doing this? Is all the frustration, time, and money worth it?

I’ve been there too.

As a competitive golfer who competed in D1 NCAA and USGA championships, I wasn’t always a great ball-striker.

I played tight.
I overthought.
I was afraid to fail.

The harder I tried to control everything — including my swing — the worse things became.

So I stopped chasing the next swing change — and started training my mind.

That’s when everything changed.

When I learned how to manage pressure, commit to decisions, and trust myself, my game got better.

I competed successfully at the highest levels of amateur golf not because my mechanics were the best, but because my mindset finally helped me play better, instead of worse.

And — I’m pretty sure that among all my fellow competitors, I was having the most fun.

Why I teach this.

After my D1 career, I became a sport & health psychologist and spent years understanding how people perform their best under pressure — and feel fulfilled while doing it.

I’ve developed a system that has helped:

  • Professional, amateur, and junior golfers

  • NCAA teams and coaches

  • Professionals in high-stress environments, including the military and the C-suite

I still compete. I still feel pressure. I teach from experience and from evidence-based interventions spanning sport, positive, health, and clinical psychology fields.

I teach the exact system I use.

I’ll help you learn the same mental skills that helped me — and clients of mine stemming junior, amateur and professional levels — play freer, more confident, better golf.

This is not about positive thinking or motivation. These are science-backed strategies that can change your brain — in way that unlocks better performance.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to use your mind to hit better shots

  • How to stop emotional spirals before they hijack your score

  • How to play the golf course intelligently and aggressively

  • How to stay motivated and practice in a way that translates to the course

  • How to get out of your own way, trust yourself, and unleash your real potential

You don’t need another swing fix. You need a better way to think.
